I was charged annual fee when in signed up for free trial. Request for refund has been rejected giving reason to contact Apple Pay. According to apple the transaction is non refundable as per shut eye policy. Please reimburse me and I wish to raise a formal grievance regarding this abuse of vulnerable people with disabilities.
