Interesting Experience
Nothing wrong with the people. However, was sent a pair of boots with a loose vamp and the box was for a different pair of boots. Looked like a display model just thrown in a random box. Asked them to exchange. They said yes, but they don’t provide return labels. Would cost me $33 to ship the boots back for an exchange. No animosity. But not an ideal experience.
