Package not arriving and no update

Order number: 32005639612 Date of order: April 27th Seller: wholesaleshoes2028 Delivery: Seller-Defined STD Logistics I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, it’s going to be four weeks soon. According to the trace and track of DHGate the shoes have been in customs for a week already (since the 8th) and since then there is no update. So I asked the seller if they could help me and sent me a non existing telephone number from the “Aduana of the Netherlands”. I checked the delivery enterprise website (STD) and it doesn’t work either. I want to avoid calling to the aduana because it’d be a problem for both parties if they see that the Adidas are not originals. So I please request help from your side so as to know if I’m being scammed or if my shoes are going to arrive next week. Otherwise I will ask for the refund because it’d be more than 3 weeks and I’m also leaving the country in June so I really need to receive them. I await for your response, thank you.
