This is arguably the WORST courier service I've ever used. The parcel has been sitting in the hub for a week without being delivered. When I called the branch, they promised to deliver the parcel on the same day but never did. When I contacted the customer service, they tell me to contact the branch. In the end, the whole company seems to not know what to do with missing parcels and have the worst customer service experience ever. DO NOT USE CITY LINK. They are nothing but a scam of a delivery company.
