Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Reconsider before buying from this company. I purchased an item for my child’s birthday only to have a completely random item turn up. Giantex advised me they would only send the correct item I had paid for, once the wrong item was returned to them. They provided a return slip which did not work, and I had to make several special trips to the post office before I could post it back. Communication was slow, because everything is via email rather than phone. As requested, I provided Giantex with the tracking number as soon as it was sent, but they continued to refuse to send my item. They then notified me the item I ordered was out of stock, my options were to wait 2 months or have a refund. Considering this was for my child’s birthday, 2 months was not acceptable so I chose to get a refund. They then refused to process a refund until the incorrect item was in their possession. Customer service throughout the experience was rude and unprofessional. After 3 weeks, I received my refund. There was no accountability from Giantex, although this was entirely their error they treated me as though it was my responsibility to fix their mistake. Withholding my item and it then being out of stock, then withholding my money, is unacceptable. I’d strongly advise not to buy from this company.
