Not happy with lack of response
First time ordering from this company...policy says can return easily... However they only seem to respond if you want to exchange for another size... Now havent heard back in 4/days on how to return for refund. Pants do not look good on me and other item they dont have a larger size or would keep. Quality is not a concern as well made. Beware of ordering from this company as communication is poor....NOT like previous reviews Edited, I did eventually get a response from Firmabs and they have more than made up the error ..good customer service in the end. Precautions for picking sizing recommended though Just took awhile.
