Problems with initalising process
Update 15.01.2025: Problem is solved and the printer finally works. Support was ok, but takes very long due to time difference of countries. 13.01.2025 Delivery was ok and in time. But till now (5 days) it is not possible to use the machine (Artisan Premium), because it is not possible to fullfill the initialising process. Support contact is not able to solve my problem since 5 days.
