I wrote a long and detailed complaint offline about Google, then tried to paste it here, but Trust Pilot won't accept a 'paste ', so this is a complaint about Trust Pilot. Unfortunately, these operators get so big they lose the motivation and identity they started out with. I'm not going to waste any more time on Google... bottom line? They push their failings under the carpet and go for the fast buck instead.
