Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I have been a customer for years, but since last year (I just found an email from May 2025 regarding a delay with my order), they have been having “fulfillment issues” that just keep getting worse and worse. I placed my order a month ago, and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Now, I’ve received an email saying that my order has been cancelled without me requesting a cancelation of my order. I’m extremely disappointed to be treated this way after supporting the business for such a long time. What's the point of selling something if you are uncappable of delivering the goods? I hoped you guys do better and stop selling your products until you have fixed your fulfillment issues, because this is simply dishonest.
