Customer service trash
Ordered a kit which arrived on time, something went wrong so they asked me to order a replacement kit. Ordered the kit and have been waiting for weeks and it has not arrived. When you call them it just sends you to voicemail. When you message the physician it takes 10 days to get a response…. Customer service is abysmal….
