Disaster
Disaster - the associate named Cath was rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I asked to speak to someone in a position of authority and she hung up on me. Took a ridiculous amount of effort to get a refund within 2 mins after booking the wrong hotel. I wanted to book the hotel across the street (for more money) on the same website - just needed to tweak the reservation. Would never use again.
