Charged my card, sent no receipt, and never shipped product!rged my card
Buyer beware! I placed an order with Mayraki over a month ago. They immediately charged my credit card $101.60, but completely failed to send an order confirmation receipt or invoice.I have spent weeks emailing back and forth with their customer service department. They keep replying with vague excuses saying they are "working on it," but they refuse to provide a tracking number or refund my money. It has been over 30 days and I have received absolutely nothing. This company takes your money upfront and locks you into a loop of terrible customer service excuses. I am currently fighting them through a bank chargeback. Avoid this trap!
