Never Works. Unreliable. Awful Customer Service
Never works! This product is pointless. It only works when my kid is at home, which makes it useless given that the purpose is for me to be able to track him and get in touch with him when he's NOT home. Customer service is abysmal. I can't reach anyone. I wait on hold for 20 minutes and then I'm told that no one is available and to try again later and then they hang up. I've never received a response to any of the support emails. They keep blaming a connectivity issue with their data carrier, but this has been going on for a month! It's never been reliable since day 1, but it worked ok and we stuck with it. I do not recommend.
