Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Booked flights and hotel, unable to access my booking via the airline, 48 hours before flying and still no assurance my 8 year old daughter would even be seated near us. Their support is just an Indian BPO. Horrific. Will never use again. And this is as a supposed "Diamond VIP".. which means absolutely nothing.
