The customer service is top-notch here. I was in need of an exchange for an item, not only did they allow me to keep the original smaller ring, but they are replacing and sending a new one, free of charge. I couldn't be happier and my mother will be so grateful to receive and wear her Grandmother's ring, proudly. Thank you!
