Ordered four items in April. Only received two items and contacted the company multiple times regarding the other two items and kept getting a response that the other items were “still processing” although my money was taken. Finally got a refund in July instead of the other items I ordered. Sad that I waited a long time and still didn’t get all items
I ordered on May 19. Never received so much as a confirmation email, but they were more than happy to take my money. Followed up multiple times and they have never once responded to me.
The order took over six weeks. It was not actually shipped until I sent an email about it taking more than 30 days. The contact number doesn’t work.
The cross Infiniti ring design is very tiny. I thought it was bigger. I could take a picture of it if you’d like I’m very disappointed. It looks like it should be a pinky ring.

I ordered two rings on November 26th. For weeks I heard nothing so I reached out only to be told they were in process. Finally on Dec. 24th I got a notice they had shipped. Yet when tracking, the shipping company still hasn't received the package and hasn't even created a shipping label. These were Christmas gifts that your policy stated would arrive before Christmas based on your production and shipping times. I am so disappointed with this company and their communication.
Ordered from this company on 11/18/25. I have tried to locate a contact number or email and have been unsuccessful. Then today, I get an email saying that a shipping label has been created out of LA, California. If the company is located in California, why in the hell has it taken over a month for a shipping label to be created and furthermore why the fk don't I have my product yet? They took their $50 when it was ordered, but I'm stuck with no product. Pissed off is putting my emotions lightly and I will never ordered anything else from them again. Multiple BBB complaints & yet company is still open, still stealing people's money, still on their bullshit.
I ordered a nice necklace for my wife with the kids birthstones on it. It has been over 2 weeks now and they have still not sent my order. I responded to me at first but would never answer my question about when it would ship. Now they have stopped responding my my emails. I should have looked better before I ordered because they don't list an address for their company or any phone number where they can be reached. They say that they monitor their email address 24/7 but they clearly do not care to reply to any messages. I am being forced to contact my credit card company and reverse the charges because they wont ship my order, respond to my emails, or refund my money. I would avoid this company.
