Cracker box quality. Don’t waste your money!

I bought what appeared to be a lovely ring for my daughter for Christmas. It was a daisy band. The quality is anything but lovely. The ring has an incredibly cheap appearance. She made it clear she won’t wear it. Too cheap looking. I would have had much better luck at the swap meet. Please save your money! This Chinese company is not worth the penny you find on the street.

Story jewelry

Story jewelry I ordered from this company with a bit of concern as after my order was placed I read a number of reviews many were not positive. My experience could not have gone better! I ordered a custom piece with birthstones in December 5th. I used pay pal and received 2 customer service emails promptly when requesting follow up. The jewelry arrived December 19th. It was beautifully packaged and lovely. No problems.

Don’t fall for this company philosophy…

Don’t fall for this company philosophy like I did. I wanted meaningful jewelry pieces that were fitting for each of my daughters. As of Dec 22, I have not received my order. $77 down the drain. They tugged at my heart a little and I ordered. I placed an order 20 days ago, never shipped no response

I placed an order 20 days ago and my card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. Never received shipment info, have emailed 2 times. no response. tried calling, always busy. This is a Christmas gift ordered in late November. I just want money back at this point. I will probably have to contest with CC company at this point, as they don't respond...

Don't do it if you're in a hurry

I tried for hours to check out on a purchase that was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. It would have been the perfect gift too. The message kept saying an issue occurred while processing my payment but I had used the same payment method on other sites without issues so I know it's not an issue on my end. I also tried shutting down and refreshing the website; just in case. To no avail. There is also this never ending captcha that you have to go through, which wouldn't have annoyed me if the order went through. But after sitting through six security tests to see if I am indeed human, I STILL couldn't place my order. I tried to use the chat function but there are no humans, ironically enough, attached to the chat. I did send a message. Who knows if anyone will ever respond. And if they do it will probably be too late because after 4 1/2 hours I have moved on.
