Terrible experience and a nightmare to deal with. I ordered 3 rings on May 3rd. Didn’t receive a confirmation number so I emailed asking when to expect my order. They responded with the tracking number which was never sent to me until I asked about it. I received 2 out of the 3 rings on May 12th. Thought it was odd that my entire order was shipped. I then followed up asking about my third ring as there was no communication. They said they will escalate. A week had gone by and still no shipment. I emailed again and was told that they will send it out soon and I said I was told that two weeks ago. I finally got an email on 6/2 for the tracking number of the third ring. It is now 6/11 and I still do not have my ring. I emailed asking when to expect it and they said 5-8 days from 6/10 (the day I emailed them). So if that’s true it has taken a month and a half to receive my ring without any explanation as to why there is a huge delay. I will never support this company ever again. I have never experienced anything like this and have never wrote a review before but this was worth sharing. Fingers crossed that my ring come because who knows what nightmare I’ll go through trying to get a refund.
I have placed numerous, and I mean numerous, orders from Storyjewellery for 7 months now and I love everything I have received! I have ordered rings in size 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 and everyone of them has fit exactly as they are supposed to.They arrive in individual boxes, enclosed in cute jewelry pouches. They have a wonderful selection and I love the positive affirmation cards I receive with them. The one necklace I order was great too. They are all good quality also! I have nothing but great things to say about this jewelry!!
I ordered a ring for my daughter the beginning of April. They did answer my emails but every time it was an excuse and saying they will get it shipped out. Then today over a month later they say they are refunding me because the ring is sold out now. That is ridiculous! If they would have shipped when they were supposed to then I would have got it before selling out. Oh but let’s mention I just went to the website and lo and behold the ring ISNT sold out! It’s still there being sold!!! Horrible company with TRASH customer service!!!

I purchased two of their rings. In less than a week, one of the stones fell out of the ring and is already discolored. Reached out to customer service and have received no response.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I tried canceling my order and requesting a refund. They told me it already shipped less than 24 hrs after the order was placed and offered a discount. I never received the "shipped" order or my money back and now they won't respond. They are not rated by the BBB or else I'd let them know. This company is a scam
I ordered the Besties for the Resties rings for a friend and myself. I wanted them for her birthday which is at the end of April. Not only did they arrive in time, but they are gorgeous, they are simple and cute. After I completed my order, I realized the ring size was wrong. I sent an email to the support team and they took care of it right away. I will recommend the company to others if they ask me where did I buy them. Thank you so much Storyjewellery!
I have made several purchases from here and I've almost always liked the outcome. The two times I had issues, they took excellent care of me and were quick to resolve the problem.
This company has the best customer service by far. Our rings came fast but unfortunately my daughter’s ring was too small. They sent me another size, no questions asked. They didn’t want me to send my rings back either. We absolutely love our rings!
The customer service is awesome! I emailed to ask about exchanging my daughter's ring for a larger size and they quickly replied to say there was no need to send it back, they were shipping a new one to me at no cost. I highly recommend them, and they have made a customer for life.

The rings seem to be fair prices and decent Quality. The Black rose ring was my and my daughters favorite because the size could be adjusted and she loved the poem. We've bought probably 8 rings and will buy again.
While I understand this is a customized item, I still have yet to receive 2/3 of my order. I have bought in the past and the item was beautiful but the stones do fall out easily so I had to rebuy the same ring. It NEVER took this long to receive my items in the past and I am getting frustrated.
