Fantastic Experience
I had a fantastic experience with this company. The product appeared as it was advertised and actually I ordered sizes that ended up not working and when I contacted the customer service email they sent me replacements with no hassle! Communication was quick and service was way better than I expected.
Scam, order never comes
Ordered several rings and still have not received them. They keep saying in 5 days and that time passes and they just say 5 more days. It has been almost a month now.

4 beautiful rings
I ordered a total of 4 beautiful rings from Story Jewellery. Unfortunately 1 of the rings lost its stone within the first few weeks. I contacted cutcustomer service and they immediately offered to replace my ring, which they did timely. I truly appreciate their prompt attention to my issue. I will buy from them again.

When the company reached out to me to see if I liked the bracelet ordered, I told them I had not received it yet. They offered to send another, but since it would not arrive in time for Christmas, I requested a refund. They were very quick in refunding my purchase price. When the bracelet arrived after that, I questioned them on how to send it back to them. They graciously told me that I could keep it. They have been very nice to deal with - always responding in a timely manner.

I ordered 4 necklaces for Christmas
I ordered 4 necklaces for Christmas. I received one before Christmas. Still had 3 on order. I ended up canceling one of them. I received the other 2 and also got refunded for all 3 because they were late. They didn’t need to refund me for them; however, they did. The necklaces are beautiful!!! Customer service was great. Customer service is only available through email but have some patience and be kind and they will make things right!

I was in need of an exchange for an item, not only did they allow me to keep the original smaller ring, but they are replacing and sending a new one, free of charge. I couldn't be happier and my mother will be so grateful to receive and wear her Grandmother's ring, proudly. Thank you!

It takes an exceptionally long time for the items to come in. It was over 5 weeks. And the ring I ordered for my daughter has been worn less than 5 times and is already turning her finger green. I will not order from here again.

I contacted storyjewellery and they went above and beyond to help me replace it. Thank you! Best experience we've had with a retailer in a long time!
I ordered a ring from them
I ordered a ring from them. Shows shipped and when checking shows departed Grapevune Texas on Dec 8th. Grapevine is literally less than 4 hours from me and we are now on day six and no results. Have contacted the company twice with 1 bs response. I own my own baking business and I can't imagine treating my Customers with such disrespect. I will be contacting my credit card company today since obviously this company does not care to look into the issue. Post Office has told me last 2 days to let company know item is lost in transit. They don't care nor doing anything about it. UPDATE: It took some time but they finally responded and sent out another ring. The ring is very beautiful. Thank you for fulfilling the order
Don’t waste your time or money
Ordered a bracelet hoping to have it as a Christmas gift. Never came. Contacted support and they told me I’d get a refund and then crickets…they wouldn’t give me a date on when I’d have a refund and the bracelet never came. Still waiting for my money back…

Wrong color no correction
Order 3 bracelets with birthday stones; stones wrong; resent bracelets and sent the same thing. Now customer service what there is of it via email is ignoring all correspondence. So I guess $70 wasted for Christmas presents
I order the mother daughter matching…
I order the mother daughter matching knot rings. They were a lot smaller than expected, but now I just noticed that my ring is totally flimsy. It’s not even made out of anything because it’s very pliable. My daughter‘s ring has a little more substance because when you drop it, it makes a noise when I drop mine on the counter. It just feels like nothing. I would not recommend this place. Luckily I didn’t spend too too much money and thank goodness I didn’t.
