Ordered the Yu-Xiang F11-S
Ordered the Yu-Xiang F11-S, which I researched to make sure was 3D capable. Videos claimed it was with one showing an Apache inverted. Stirling Kit also shows a picture of 3D flight, and states that, “when ready, you can do 3D stunts”. So I purchased this $600 400 size helicopter, only to learn first hand that it is not 3D at all, and you can’t even fly it like a helicopter! This is not a helicopter! It’s a drone. And it flys like a drone. In addition, it is not solid frame. The thin plastic body/fuselage is the frame, screwed to a thin plastic sub frame. It flies in 6-gyro stabilization all the time. In fact, it’s far under powered. Now, if you want a drone that looks like a helicopter, this is it. If you think this will teach you to fly a helicopter, think again. It’s not a step up RC. You will wish it was capable of more writhing a day. Also, flight times are around 7 minutes tops, not 12-15 minutes as advertised.
