NO customer support/ Incomplete Kits
There is NO customer support even though their website claims you can contact them through phone or email. I have been dealing with them a month now, no return calls or emails. I ordered a Mig Vapor Mig 21 Clear Fusion Vap Pen April 19th, 2024. It was the vape pen kit. This kit did not come with a vape charger nor did they let you know that the charger was not included. I have meanwhile ordered the charger 3 times, never receiving it and it is now May 24th. The vape does me no good without a charger. They use a third party delivery tracker Boxcheck which is worthless. The tracker does not give you correct information. The 2nd time I reordered the tracker said it was out for delivery for a week and then claimed failed delivery attempt when I was home. 3rd time, home all week, no vape charger. There is no way they even attempted to deliver it. Do not recommend this site.
