Train on-time but poor communication and design
Train on-time. But poor communication and presence of conductor (only saw them once in 5 hours) - we did not understand the requirement to change trains. Plus the train layout is terrible - we were seated next to a panel (which occurred every few rows), so that there was no view to the outside.
