No-one answers my emailed questions
No-one answers my emailed questions, and even though they say you can cancel subscription but keep access until it expires, as soon as you try to cancel it just asks you to tick boxes agreeing to lose all access immediately. Super annoying. Reply to reply from SelfDecode: You say you responded immediately to my questions, but the only response I got was an automated one about how to cancel the subscription, which was what I was complaining about with following these instructions leading to the associated 'lose immediate access' tick boxes. I didn't get any responses to my actual original questions. However, I can see you've now set my account to non-renewal, so thanks for that.
