Good quality fabric, but unusual size with terrible return policy
I ordered the "Blue Casual Solid Patchwork O Neck Long Dress Dresses" (Item No. K76404-1), size "Small" in April 2024. It was my first and last purchase from KnowFashionStyle. The flowy fabric and elastic waist have strong potential to be flattering, but these are the reasons for only 2 stars: 1) Lack of measurements provided on the website of their standard sizes. More measurements should be listed, like the torso (or shoulder-to-waist) measurement - because I did not expect that the torso area would be too long for me. Since I'm short (5'2" in height), I was prepared to shorten/alter the dress-length myself as I usually do with dresses I order from other websites, but I was not prepared for the additional inconvenience of the shoulder-to-waist measurement being too long for me with size "Small". Unfortunately the dress-waist fell nearer to my hips than to my waist. 2) The return/exchange/refund policy is quite out-dated, uncompetitive and basically not customer-friendly. Their policy states that the customer is required to pay shipping plus all duties/taxes to return the item back to China. When I emailed them for a refund, I was told that the shipping and taxes would "not be worth it for the customer (me)", so they proposed that I keep the dress and they would refund only 30% of the price of the dress, which is why I will not be purchasing from KnowFashionStyle again.
