Purchased Artisan days before Artisan Premium at same price
I purchased the Artisan 3-in-1 printer, cnc, and laser on May 26th for $2599. On June 1, the Artisan Premium came out at a discount for $2599 for a 48 hour sale. I happened to notice this on June 2 and immediately emailed Snapmaker, when I could have just bought the premium and returned the non-Premium. I wanted to save the hassle, time, and money for both myself and Snapmaker would lose by that process and asked them if they would just swap the one upgraded component. They wouldn't acknowledge the price was ever $2599, just repeating that it is $2999. They offered me $100 off a $700 laser unit, when I was trying to being considerate and save everyone time and money. It doesn't pay to be the nice guy. I have screenshots of the sale.
