I placed an order on 29 July for delivery to the UK. Although the tracking status shows my order as delivered, I never received it. The courier used by the company offers very limited tracking, and there is no evidence confirming where or when the parcel was delivered. I will be requesting a full refund and will not be ordering from this company again. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution before purchasing. Very disappointing service.
