Do not recommend 0 customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with this company and felt that my concerns were completely disregarded. I booked an appointment and, within a minute, contacted them to cancel because I knew I would not be able to attend. Despite reaching out immediately, I never received a response. They eventually contacted me at the scheduled appointment time, and I explained that I had already requested a cancellation shortly after booking. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to make any exception and simply told me that refunds are not provided. Overall, I found the company to be extremely unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I would not recommend their services to anyone who expects to be treated with respect.
