Disgusting experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Edit: as per the comment from this company I emailed again, for them to again tell me, despite them telling me to email again, They would still not help and wanted me to repurchase a product that was faulty. So they also try to appear good with lies in their responses. Original: I ordered a memorial plaque for our family dog. On its website, it claims it is durable and weather-resistant. It was placed in a pot plant under our patio. It claims "will last years to come". 7 months after ordering it (6 months of having it. It is destroyed the entire image writing everything is gone! My 7-year-old son was devastated. I emailed, because of their "last years to come" claim, saying it is less than a year old and destroyed! They said sorry it is outside the 90-day replacement policy you can order a new one. AS IF I would order something again from a company that has false advertising and terrible customer service.
