my monitor arm was delivered to the wrong unit even though I've written my unit number correctly. It was delivered to level 5 when I stated level 7. No notification was given when delivery was successful. I had to reach out to Prism directly. Ordered a monitor too, it was stated on prism website that it'll arrive early mid June.We are already in June and nothing came, no updates at all. Reached out to Prism and all they could say was they don't know when it'll arrive and no specific date could be given. 1 star to Prism for no communication at all. Deiced to ask for a refund and go for another brand.
