I have placed 3 orders now for pick up…
I have placed 3 orders now for pick up from their warehouse. It has been over 30 days since I’ve paid on 2 the orders. The other is a week old. I patiently wait a week for an update to be emailed to me that it’s ready for pick up. But hear nothing. I follow up every 7 days. And then again hear nothing. Then call again after 7 days, nothing again. I just want to pick up the orders I have paid for long ago. No one will seem to help
