Terrible service..
Terrible service.. I have been back and forth with this company trying to get my scooter fixed for a few months now after having emailed them prior to this on several accounts to ask what could be wrong at the time.. but I was in contact with the company and they were being very helpful then when they told me my warranty didn't cover a part I needed because their product is cheap and faulty I bought it myself.. I never received the order and nobody has responded to the 100s of emails I've sent trying to get my issue resolved... Now my scooter basically broke in half and they aren't responding & I'm left with a pile of junk... Don't waste your money & don't waste your time... Very terrible customer service
