Faulty
Mini sex machine arrives with a faulty clamp, reported it under the warranty but response has been slow and taking an age for the replacement clamp to arrive, been over two weeks since purchasing it and 10 days since I reported the fault but seems to be coming from china and delivery is very slow. Update I have now received only one of the 2 clamps i should have been sent and they haven’t sent the bolt for it, given how the bolt on the original was seized and that’s why they were sending out a replacement this is frustrating - to top it off they dont seem to have a contact number to call directly for the price of their products you would think they would have competent customer service. Will give them the weekend to sort it or il put a charge back as i paid on my credit card
