ZERO Customer Support. ZERO Warranty support. One of the WORST brands.
I've known some terrible brands in my time but Growatt is right up there with the worst. They offer next to nil aftersales support and the app is horrible. As is typical of brands from the Far East, when the battery fails (which it will) you will be left with a paperweight with no way to resolve the issue other than to buy a replacement. Save yourself ALOT of agro - get a Tesla PW3 from a certified Tesla Installer instead of this garbage.
