Over one year and our homeowners claim is still pending
Our insurance claim has not been settled in over one year and our house is in complete disrepair. Living like this should be illegal. They do not answer alls or emails and consistently avoid us to prolong the settlement. I will have to file a complaint with the state to hopefully get somewhere.
