Took our money and had no relationship…
Took our money and had no relationship to hotel. We booked a room with a hotel for $91 a night. We called the hotel and they do not take bookings from agoda and haven't for the last year. We tried to get our money back and Agoda says the hotel won't release our money. We know for a fact that the hotel had confirmed that they would. Agoda is a scam company and I will never use them again.
