Genuinely the worst gym
I signed a one-year contract with TrainMore at the Papaverweg location via email. After starting to train, I noticed that many machines are not adjustable enough, making them unsafe and physically impossible to use properly, for example, the hip abductor machine. Several machines that one would expect at a Red Label club, are also missing, which made it very difficult to train effectively. I stopped attending shortly after joining because the facilities did not meet my expectations. I tried contacting TrainMore through their online contact form about my concerns, but all I received were automatic responses. Despite reaching out multiple times, I never got a reply. Meanwhile, I received a threat that my case would be sent to a debt collection agency if I did not pay, even though my complaint had not been addressed. The contact form is already extremely difficult to find, and the lack of communication combined with threats of extra costs is completely unacceptable. In my opinion, TrainMore has failed to meet basic standards in information, communication, customer service, and the quality of its facilities.
