Purchasing from this company has been a terrible experience. Months after purchasing the rug it finally shipped. Unfortunately it had to be returned which expand the bad experience. I scheduled multiple pickups and the return was not picked up. Finally after going back and forth with the company it was finally picked up, but now when entering the tracking number I receive a message that the number is not found. I would waste my time or money with this shithole company. THE WORST!!!
