Feedback on recent customer experience
From the moment I contacted Jaspertronics until the shipment of my order for an OEM BP96-00224C Lamp & Housing for Samsung TVs with Philips bulb inside. It was a pleasurable experience. Thanks to Ms. Sarah Rearrick's professionalism and attention to detail. It is people like Sarah that make the difference and she is definitely an asset to the organization. Sarah keep up the good work!
