Item defective, replaced
I ordered and received the item just fine (a max 2 for those wondering) it came within 3 days, and the grey seal at the top wasn't properly seated (I having no images of the entire product shown assumed that it was meant to be like that so washed it, dried it, used it, washed it as per instructions, dried everything again and stored it away, I wake up the next day and a crack formed, contacted support, told it was my fault the following day (by this point the product had fully stopped working and wouldn't even turned on) after letting support know, I was told that they'd pass the information on to the team but still not offered a replacement, even though I went through the website support style. Now it's several days later, I've spoken with people that got the product without the flawed seal and found out that was the issue all along, yet support is no longer returning emails nor have they looked at the ticket I created on the discord detailing everything as I discovered it. £89 for 2 uses of a product and now I've had it broken longer than I've had it working, if the warranty is from time of purchase, I wasn't even at the first week when I figured out the issue was with assembly. I'd be more than happy to update this as my experience continues but from receiving the item midday on Saturday, to it not even turning on at 9 am on Monday. I just don't have much good to say right now. Update 1: They finally agreed to honour the warranty on Saturday, I received the new product today. It has the same defect as the original product so I have once again contacted support 27/6/24 Update 2: it took a little longer but I was informed that the new one should be perfectly usable, though having a cosmetic flaw that isn't on anyone else's that I've spoken to is still concerning about the standards as of late.
