Shay was very helpful & resolved my issues regarding the calibration of my litter sensor. He also sent me information & tips on where to get” cat attract litter” for my problem with my adult cat; who has been using a litter robot for over 4 years & just started doing # 1 in the litter robot & then doin # 2 on the floor. We will try the recommended ideas & let you know! Thanks again Shay for a very professional experience!!!
