I ordered a 10" deep pan on July 4
I ordered a 10" deep pan on July 4. I saw after the printout that somehow 2 pans were ordered and I tried to cancel my order, I didn't want to spend $227.00 when I o ly needed 1 pan. They told me sorry, its already shipped out...3 hours after the order? I eventually get a box measuring 12"×13", certainly not a pan with a handle. They say to open up the package and look for a handle? Worst customer service ever. I ALREdy told them I want my money back, all of it and I will file a complaint with our states AG, police, meta, Amazon (where you can purchase it) guardio and other agencies.
