HORRENDOUS
I wish i could give no stars! Horrendous airline. To buy anything on the plane you need the currency - not stated anywhere before you book. Gave my husband dirty water.. They never put our bag on the flight and when asking at baggage collection the colleagues at the help desk found it hilarious, ignored us and told us it could be anywhere in the world. Took them 2 weeks to tell us it never left Perth. Our return flight was delayed over 5.5hrs and they informed us to book another. They tried to tell us it was a no show… and wouldn’t provide a refund even after written confirmation of the refund. One word email responses and weeks and weeks of waiting. Worst airline ever honestly don’t bother wasting your time, even asia air and not this bad. Absolute abomination whole thing is just a scam
