Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I provided model number of my equipment and they provide the matching manual. The parts they sold me from china did not work for me, as described. I researched into the original manual and discovered the advertised parts were wrong. When presented with pictures and facts they were persistent that what I provided was wrong and also wanted the serial number of the equipment even though I was never asked for the serial number when purchasing, only the model number. The equipment is almost 20 years old and the sticker was faded. No serial number available. So, they refused to work it out, and said they are charging me the restocking fee when in the end the parts do not fit the model that they were purchased for and they suddenly they need the serial number. If they called me I think we could have worked it out but they would only communicate through email and where brief, kurt, and uncooperative. Update, they finally conceded and agreed to refund me in whole. But what trip. It probably cost them more man hours than the few dollars I want to receive back. $15 +/- .final note. Shipping the part back cost me $19. And after all this I haven’t seen any of my refund. I totally took a loss on this company and got swindled. In addition there is no useful phone service and the email contact is rude and curt. This company’s staff would rather argue and challenge than assist with a problem, they are the reason the order is wrong to begin with due to their information being faulty and yet they stand by it.
