Very unhappy
i wish they had a zero rating.So on the back of a 6 piece wood boring bit set,it stats Satisfaction Guaranteed if you are not satisfied with any Black&Decker wood boring bit,it will be replaced free of charge.Well let me tell you they will not honor there Guarantee saying it has exceeded 30 day,no where does it say this in they warranty claims on there website,i have bought many things from them over the years, i told them that its faulse avertisment and sent them pictures of back of the tool set clearly stating there policy of the free replacement,they told me they are sorry and will not replace the set,being one of the largest tool companies in the world seems like they would take care of there customers,i can promise you this i will NEVER again buy one of there products. not supporting a company that does not stand behind a guarantee they clearly written and wont send a replacement!!!
