What a difference a Grace Makes
I bought a bracelet for my fiance for Christmas. Unfortunately it snapped, I emailed the customer service team and they were fantastic (Grace). It was handled by one person in a very timely manner, I was offered a replacement or an alternative, no questions asked other than a photograph of the bracelet so they could monitor for quality control. The bracelet was nice, but the service is what makes a brand. And it was tip top well done Gnoce!
