Not fit for business web sites.
They used to provide acceptable service. Recently its just declined quickly. Now no longer acceptable even for a small business. Their recent migration of clients to a new system basically crippled the way static IPs are supposed to work for a server and they support chat line is now always on a 4-7 hour hold before you get someone to help.
