My order did not go through
I placed on order for a domain and a WordPress account on July 1, 2026. A few days later, after not seeing the domain on the web, I contacted WestHost technical support, which told me that my order never went through. I was told that I would need to contact billing on the next business day, at which I point I decided to use another host. I have had good experiences with WestHost in the past, so I assume this was just a glitch.
