I have a website, but am not a programmer. Westhost has helped me many times when something went wrong with the websiite, and I didn't know how to fix it.
Provided prompt and accurate advice
Provided prompt and accurate advice, which was great considering the question posed was at an intermediate MySQL/MariaDB database administration level, having to do with the ability to create views from a tool other than PhpMyAdmin. I got an answer overnight that was sufficiently detailed to not warrant a follow up.
Patient and persistent
I have to say that Daniel was excellent. He walked us through a complex issue and resolved it step by step. It exceeded our expectations.
Amazing..
Amazing... within 5 minutes they offered tech support and fixed the issue. I worked on the problem for 24 hours and got nowhere... I simply opened live chat and bingo they did exactly what was needed. WestHost NEVER fails.
First Agent Didn’t Respond … Second Was Helpful!
The first agent I was connected to did not engage. When I was connected to Maher L, he was very helpful. I will be waiting for up to 24hours, however, do find out if what he did for me is working.

Great company to work with
They made the process of moving my domain and web hosting to their site easy. The software techs moved all my files to a new site within a few hours. My clients never knew that we were down.
