These guys are just wholesome! I bought my titanium pair (The Level) 2018, 7 years ago and honestly these are the best sunglasses ever. I have been wearing them every single day for that time and they lasted everything. I have dropped them many, many times and not even a scratch on them. Just amazing quality and durability. And now 7 years later I finally managed to break them, so I contacted the guys from William Painter to use the lifetime warranty they provide. I send them an e-mail and they responded in less than 12 hours. They explained me everything, how to use the warranty and how can I get my new pair, because I live in Bulgaria, so they will have to ship the sunglasses to Europe. Great experience with the product and great experience with the customer service. I strongly recommend the brand to everybody who wants to get the best quality sunglasses, much better than the Ray Ban, and to everyone who wants to be original. Thank you guys!
