Problem was solved before I woke up.
I've been using Bob Cares for a little over a year. Most of the time our server is running smoothly and there's nothing for them to do. Yesterday, a server update ran and there was a problem. mySQL would not restart. They were identified of the problem, logged into our server, identified the problem, applied the fix and got mySQL running again. The whole thing was resolved in about an hour while I was asleep. This one incident was worth the year's service fee...which is pretty reasonable anyway.
